Nitto no. 228 is an incredibly soft tape. This PVC tape has excellent stretching properties because bulking agents are not used in the production process. A good balance between adhesive strength, stripping force and film flexibility produces a perfect seal and allows for easy handling while preventing the penetration of water, increasing chemical and electrical resistivity and improving the fit of the tape around the relevant components.
